From Husband sides some terms and conditions
A wife went in court for appealing against her husband that her husband doesn't provide sufficient amount of expenses for daily utilities. But a husband claims" he always provide sufficient and accordance with his financial conditions all kinds of all facilities to her wife.
In a suit against her husband, she claimed that her husband is working at top level management positions and as a reward, her husband is receiving eighty thousands rupees per month. Oh she only claim for" eighty thousands rupees pay per month" but she not provide some proofs of her husband monthly pay of eighty thousands".

Are honourable court will orders to search the husband sources of in com or directly orders for fine of five thousand rupees or one year prison, as a punishment for husband. Yes if honourable court not find any suitable source of income about husband, what will be next plain and order of honourable court. Dear sir can you prepare some kinds of documents relating with this case claim?

If arbitration court orders for wife side terms and conditions only as the result of some kind/ type of compromise, dear sir before signing on documents, husband terms and conditions should be/ must be written as fellow.
All kind of in terms maintenance the husband shall pay at only husband home not in with brothers or parents home. Because husband is responsible to maintenance his wife and his children in his own home. Furthermore husband is poor and unemployment so husband can't afford a separate home in the city of wife parents home. Because wife wish to live with parents and with brothers in their home. As a greedy wife she wants and wish, her husband financially support her parents family but husband is poor and unemployment. Husband is working here and there on daily wages.
